A viewing to honor Herbert’s memory will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Latta Community Center, located at 429 E. Academy Street, Latta, South Carolina. Following the viewing, a funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. at the same venue.
