Mrs. Hattie Pearl Drawhorn Woods- Abrams was born on April 9, 1946 to the late Mr. & Mrs. George (Aleen) Drawhorn. She departed this life on Sunday, November 11, 2018 in the Pruitt Health Care in Dillon, South Carolina.

Hattie received her education in the public schools of Latta, South Carolina. She worked most of her life as a Health Care Aide. She was a member of St. Phillips United Methodist Church were she was a member of the Usher Ministry and Sung on the choir.

Hattie met and married the late Mr. David Woods and to this union two children was born. Later in life she met and married Mr. Theodore Abrams.

Hattie was preceded in death by her parents: Mr. George and Mrs. Aleen Drawhorn; sisters: Catherine Carter, Dorothy Avant, and Naomi Edwards; brothers: Lievi Drawhorn, James Drawhorn and Edward Drawhorn. She was also preceded in death by a special niece: Sabrina Hunt.

Hattie leaves to cherish her memories her husband: Mr. Theodore Abrams of Marion, SC; children: Ronald (Mereca) Woods of Philadelphia, Pa. and Donald Woods of New York, NY; three step- children:; sisters: Frances Delva of Jacksonville, FL and Cynthia (Willie) Phillips of Latta, SC; brothers: Trudy Drawhorn of Latta, SC and Jerome Drawhorn of Marion, SC; grand- children: Lameka, Ronald, Jr., Karen, Marissa, and Richard; god- children: Sylvia Charles of Latta, SC and Gregory Carter of Dillon, SC, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
