Christopher Deshawn Durant, beloved son of Monica Marie Durant and Marcus Allen Durant Sr., was born on July 21, 1993, and called Trenton, NJ, his home. Though his mother preceded him in passing in October 2013, her spirit undoubtedly remained a guiding light in his life.

On May 2, 2026, Christopher departed from this world, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He is lovingly remembered by his siblings Tremayne Johnson, Marcus Davis, Anthony (Shakita) Johnson, LaKiesta Davis, Marcus Allen Durant Jr., Ebony Monique Durant, and Paris Durant. His memory lives on through his many nieces and nephews: Miniya Durant-Cribb, Iyonna Durant-Cribb, Ziquae Durant, Anayja Kizzy Cribb, Malakhi Miller, Genesis Shipman-Timmons, Alana Lesane, Latorrey Hemmingway, Ziara Johnson, RahZiyah Johnson, Zayveon Johnson-Taylor, Kameron Johnson, and Alaina Wilkins.

Above all, Christopher’s heart held his children, Honesti Durant and Jihad Nickens of Trenton, NJ, who will forever cherish the love and bond they shared. As we remember Christopher, we celebrate a life deeply loved and fondly remembered, one that touched many hearts and will continue to inspire all who knew him.
